The bigger brother of the Phase III RT (Round Tip), the Full Phase RT retains the same basic shape, only in a larger form. The size of a more traditional pick, the Full Phase RT offers more surface area to hold on to as well as providing more edge real-estate to contact the strings. The 45° knife edge profile immediately cuts deep into the strings for a fast, articulate attack. Both sides of the Full Phase RT body employ an ergonomic scallop in which the tips of the finger and thumb rest in. The surface of these scallops are lined with teeth like opposing grips that keep the Full Phase RT exactly where you want it. With it's increased size, the Full Phase RT features an expanded scallop with more grip teeth.
Four different thickness options are available to serve your personal taste and needs.
.03125" (1/32" or .8mm)
.0625" (1/16" or 1.5mm)
.09375" (3/32" or 2mm)
.125" (1/8" or 3mm)
All of these features have been machined into a high quality thermoplastic (Acetal Homopolymer) to produce a pick imbued with low friction and long life. Both color options (Black or White) are Acetal Homopolymer (aka Delrin) and will perform exactly the same.

Silhouette & Scale
The Full Phase RT is a clone of the Full Phase, but we've modified the tip with a .15" radius . This allows for a more traditional feel and attack, while producing the same clarity and tonality of the Phase III.
Innovative Grip Design
The innovative grip design combined with a scalloped surface creates a truly functional grip. Machined teeth produce a thin, sharp tip that digs into the skin. Opposing rows of teeth ensure no matter which direction pressure is applied, positive contact is always maintained.
Best of the best, James was super helpful in getting my order delivered. Quick shipping and great picks, 100% recommend the full phase!
While I prefer the regular Full Phase pointed tips, these Round Tips still outperform EVERY other pick brand I've tried (2mm is my preference). Don't bother looking anywhere else, get these.
Great picks, fantastic grip. I wish the 1.5mm versions had the same level of grip, but understandably there's less material.
Product shipped fast and good quality.
